The Glamorgan Moth Group are a group of local moth enthusiasts devoted to the study and conservation of moths within the Vice County of Glamorgan, in south Wales.

The mine of this species (also on oak) is very similar to Ectoedemia subbimaculella, but does not have the slit on the lower epidermis. Recorded across the county, but not often.
