Species account from Moths of Glamorgan
(Gilmore, Slade & Stewart, 2009):

First recorded at Horton 19.vii.1953 (BJMc), then at Oxwich Point 1983 (ANBS). However it was not until is was found in numbers at Overton Mere 29.vi.1997 (BS, SJS) that a fuller survey was carried out and the extent of the population became apparent. The species requires south-facing slopes with abundant Common Rock-rose and has been recorded at Overton Cliff, Overton Mere and the cliffs between Horton and Oxwich Point.
