Species account from Moths of Glamorgan
(Gilmore, Slade & Stewart, 2009):

Univoltine, flying in July and August. Noted at Llantrisant in the nineteenth century and then fairly regularly at Oxwich between 1977-1984, but despite regular trapping there it has not been seen since. Not known elsewhere in Glamorgan.
