The Glamorgan Moth Group are a group of local moth enthusiasts devoted to the study and conservation of moths within the Vice County of Glamorgan, in south Wales.
Species account from Moths of Glamorgan (Gilmore, Slade & Stewart, 2009):
Four records: Flat Holm, 1 to Actinic light 3.viii.1997 (FHP), Merthyr Mawr NNR 2 netted 11.viii.2003, Kenfig NNR 1 netted 14.viii.2003 (SMcW) & Whiteford NNR 1 to MV light 21.viii.2004 (VS). A species of rocky coasts and quarries. The Kenfig and Merthyr Mawr records suggest that a colony could exist in this area although the habitat is predominantly sand dune, as is the case for the Whiteford record. However they could also be wanderers from colonies on the north Somerset coast or from Steep Holm.
