The Glamorgan Moth Group are a group of local moth enthusiasts devoted to the study and conservation of moths within the Vice County of Glamorgan, in south Wales.
Species account from Moths of Glamorgan (Gilmore, Slade & Stewart, 2009):
With the exception of a single moth taken at Wern Ddu, Caerphilly on 19.vii.2004 (DG) this appears to be mainly found in the west of the county. The other records being from Gower (three records) and Pant-y-sais Fen in 1991 (RGW). Likely to be overlooked, the larvae feed on various trees and shrubs, particularly oak, hawthorn and Bramble.
