New search function

I have updated the main records page to allow for dynamic filtering of the results, making looking for records from a particular location or recorder much simpler.

Enjoy!

New website host

The website has now moved to a new host server. Hopefully this will not affect the performance but please let me know if you spot anything wrong.

Data updated

A few more records have been added this morning. There are also a couple of new analysis pages, one that can provide a species list for the county for a given year, and one that lists the species that were added to the county in that year. These are a bit rough and ready at the moment, but hopefully the information provided is interesting and of use.

Records refresh

New records are being uploaded to the website as I type this, and should be uploaded within the next hour or so, so don't be surprised if the maps look off for a bit this morning!

New Maps

As I attempt to move away from the effort of generating in MapMate to be uploaded onto this website, you will now notice a new 10km Map on the species pages. Once I have the Tetrad map equivalent I will remove the old MapMate ones. This work is ongoing, so bear with me!

Also, the data should now be more up to date, but only with data that is in MapMate. I need to do a full audit to check that everything is coming across from the main SEWBReC database.

Also, you will have noticed that more moth images have been appearing in the gallery. Do get in touch if you want to assist in populating these!

Updated Data

The database that drives the website have been updated today, so many 2019 records are now visible. The maps are causing a slight problem but they should be updated in the next few days.

New Website Launched!

The Glamorgan Moth Recording Group finally has a new website, after many years of thinking about it. From there you can view the records held by the group. If you want to get more involved with the website and populating the gallery then please let me know!
